Staying on top of your dues helps keep Heritage Parc thriving. Thank you for your continued support!

How Payments Work

HOA dues are $100 per month and are used to maintain shared spaces, fund improvements, and support neighborhood services.

Invoices are emailed quarterly by Shelley Barnes, HOA Treasurer, to each resident's personal email address. Payments are not processed through this website.

If you have any questions about your balance, payment schedule, or how to pay, please reach out directly to Shelley.

You may pay your dues:

• Quarterly – every 3 months

• Semi-Annually – every 6 months

• Annually – once per year
