Below, you'll find helpful forms, community tools, and resources to keep life in Heritage Parc running smoothly.

    • 2026 HOA dues are $1500

    • Invoices are sent out by email in January for the yearly amount

    • Owners may pay annually, bi-annually or quarterly

    • Payments may be made by check or Zelle if your bank allows….Zelle info on Invoice

    • Minimum Quarterly payments of $375 are due by the end of each quarter

    • Payments made after the end of each quarter will incur $25 Late Fee each quarter they are delinquent

    • Dues pay for general maintenance of all public areas as well as lawncare and bush trimming for all front/side areas

  • All owners are automatically members of the Heritage Parc Homeowner’s Association and are legally bound by the Covenants and Bylaws of the Association. Each owner and resident should be familiar with the governing documents of the HOA.

  • Planning a project? Start here. Per the HP Covenants any changes made to the outer appearance of homes or yards, must be approved by the Architectural Committee or Board.

    • Submit your Architectural Review Committee (ARC) request online.

    • Review guidelines, paint color options, and HOA-approved suppliers.
