• HParcARC1@gmail.com – contact the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) with questions on community guidelines or issues related to the aesthetics of the neighborhood.

  Attention: If you plan to make landscaping changes involving shrubs and/or trees in your front and backyards, or changes to the exterior of your home, please contact ARC prior to starting the work to submit a request.

  Damages caused to sprinklers, pipes, cable lines or other community property without prior notice and approval by the ARC/HOA Board will be resolved at the homeowner's expense.

• HParcTreasurer@gmail.com – contact the HOA Treasurer concerning the payment of your dues and/or fines applied towards your unit.
