About Heritage Parc

Home at Heritage Parc

Heritage Parc is a close‑knit community of 29 townhomes nestled in the Wood Meadow neighborhood of Hoover, Alabama, just off Lorna Road.

The first homes in Heritage Parc broke ground in the late 2000s, with all construction completed by 2012. Surrounded by tall pines, open green spaces, and an extended family of neighbors.

A Neighborhood with Roots

We’re surrounded by nature—with a wooded walking trail, a peaceful grotto with a waterfall, and a wide open green space for use by the community.

Our community firepit has become a beloved gathering place for celebrations or a casual place to enjoy the surroundings.

But the real heartbeat of Heritage Parc is its people. Heritage Parc is a community who finds value in our neighbors and we’re proud of what we can build together

Run by Neighbors, For Neighbors

Our community is maintained by volunteers—from the elected board of the Homeowners Association (HOA), the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), to neighbors who generously give their time to keep Heritage Parc beautiful.

An Annual HOA Meeting gives residents a full review of the year, updates, an opportunity to vote on future planning, and discuss neighborhood matters. We plan Community Workdays to collaborate on common area projects, and we end each year with an Annual Holiday Party.
