About Heritage Parc
Welcome Home to Heritage Parc
Nestled in the Woodmeadows neighborhood of Hoover, Alabama, just off Lorna Road, Heritage Parc is a peaceful community of 29 townhomes surrounded by tall trees, green space, and the kind of neighbors who feel more like extended family.
Our neighborhood may be small, but it's full of heart. From shared meals in each other’s homes, to spontaneous gatherings on the green, this is the kind of place where a quick message like “Firepit’s lit at 6!” turns into a long evening of laughter, stories, and connection.
What Makes Us Special
We’re surrounded by nature—with a wooded walking trail, a peaceful grotto with a waterfall, and a wide open green space that’s hosted everything from kids’ birthday parties to Easter egg hunts. Our beloved community firepit has seen countless birthday toasts, surprise dinners, and impromptu wine nights under the stars.
But the real heartbeat of Heritage Parc is its people. This is a neighborhood where:
A group text can turn a quiet evening into a community gathering.
Daffodil bulbs and mulch are freely shared.
A runaway pup is everyone’s mission.
Cats are cared for, babies are babysat in a pinch, and meal trains appear without being asked in times of need.
More Than Just a Place to Live
Heritage Parc is more than a set of addresses—it’s a neighborhood full of stories. It's the kind of place where spontaneous dinners out have turned into shared tables and wine between neighbors. A place where friendships are formed around the firepit, on the green, or during a casual stroll through the trees.
We’re proud of what we've built here—together. And we're so glad you're part of it.
A Neighborhood with Roots
The first homes in Heritage Parc broke ground in the late 2000s, with all construction completed by 2012. Since then, we’ve watched families arrive, grow, and blossom—celebrating new babies, graduations, career milestones, and the beautiful rhythm of everyday life. Some neighbors have moved on, but many return to visit, always welcomed back with open arms and a familiar seat by the fire.
Run by Neighbors, For Neighbors
Every part of our community is maintained by volunteers—from the HOA and ARC, to the social committee and community work days. These neighbors generously give their time and care to keep Heritage Parc running smoothly, beautifully, and with intention.
We hold an Annual HOA Meeting to discuss plans and vote on neighborhood matters. In spring, we gather for a Community Work Day to pitch in on common area projects. And each December, we celebrate together at our Annual Christmas Party, complete with laughter, lights, and lasting memories.
